In 2020, Woonstad Rotterdam, one of the leading social housing companies in Rotterdam, approached us in need for a series of workshops. Our task was to look into the company portfolio and upcoming projects in order to see which neighborhoods are more suitable to invest in order to achieve maximum social impact.
